Most businesses get verified within 5–14 days through video verification or postcard. Some categories (especially service-area businesses) take longer or get flagged for re-verification. If you're already suspended or stuck in verification, we have direct experience getting profiles unstuck — including escalating through Google partner support.
No — never. Fake or incentivized reviews violate Google's policies and are the fastest way to get a profile suspended or permanently delisted. What we do is build automated systems that ask your real, post-service customers for reviews. Real customers, real experiences, real reviews. That's what compounds and ranks; everything else is short-term risk.

Sometimes. Google removes reviews that violate their policies — spam, fake, conflict of interest, off-topic, inappropriate content. Usually yes. Most suspensions come from category violations, address issues, name keyword stuffing, or duplicate listings.
